Lobo Invite

Join us for the annual Lobo Invitational on Friday [NEW DATE THIS YEAR] August 21st, 2026 at Spring Canyon Park in beautiful Fort Collins. The Rocky Mountain Lobo Invitational will feature high school varsity and JV races on a true cross country course in beautiful Spring Canyon Park.

Our high school 5k features grass and dirt trails with minimal sidewalk crossings. Course Map.

Unfortunately we are unable to host a community race or 5K race this year due to the date shifting to Friday – we hope to host these again in 2027!

The Lobo Invitational is great for spectating and for coaches taking splits. Please join us for this festive, fun event! All proceeds from this event support Rocky Mountain High School Cross Country!

We are always looking for volunteers to help with set-up, race day and tear-down. Please email John Prasuhn if you are able to volunteer: [email protected]
